Castor Oil Packing

Pure cotton fabric to be used for castor oil wrapspacking. This pack contains unbleached 100% cotton sheet measuring approximately 69cm x 50cm.

Instruction for use:

Make two to three layers of the unbleached cotton fabric, large enough to cover the area of the body to be addressed. Thoroughly moisten with castor oil and lay the material over the necessary area. Place a plastic covering over it (i.e. Cling Film) and warm up the area with a hot water bottle for one hour. Often the pack is tied round the body so that the patient can sleep with it in position, for those who would like to keep it on overnight. When the pack has been used,it can be stored in a plastic bag in the fridge.

We do not recommend any one to undertake this process without the supervision of a qualified practitioner. If you are pregnant or actively trying to conceive we do not recommend castor oil packing (only due to a lack of research in this area) and if you have any medical concerns you should always consult your doctor before undertaking such a regime.
